Challenge he faces and strategies he uses to overcome them
Mr. Clark faces many challenges. He has to work with students who present problems with discipline, social adaptation, family and learning problems too.
He uses strategies such as visiting his students’ parents to ask them for help, setting rules at the beginning of the class, motivating his students to give the best of them, and visiting the students who need extra help.
Lesson you learn from him and how you plan to use them.
I learned many important things. For example, teachers should create an environment in which their students feel that they are in a family. Therefore, teachers should teach with love and patience. I also learn that teachers should know their students` problems to know how to help them. I have heard some teachers who say that students should not be evaluated the same way because students have different learning styles, multiple intelligences, face different family problems, etc.  Something that I will not forget about that teacher is that he is a passionate and optimist teacher. Moreover, he is a teacher who motivates his students using positive quotes. I am going to follow many of his strategies to get the best of my students. For example, I am going to create an environment, in which they feel in a family, I am going to offer them extra help, and I am going to encourage them to give the best. Moreover, I am going to keep in mind that having a good rapport with the students is essential to have the best results in the learning and teaching process.
